What a lovely little (BIG) surprise on the I-25 business loop of Springer, CO. We're driving south from Denver to Albuquerque and saw this on the map and thought, let's try it. We are VERY happy we did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other drivers. My husband and I shared the tomato hatch chilli soup, which was Yum-mie, the Greek salad (with waaaay more than the usual 4 olives😃) and the shepherds pie. I usually make my own pie but this was great! Lots of veges, meat and the cheese topped mashed tatties on top. We'll definitely pop in again when we are traveling this way. Had a lovely time stopping here today. My BLT was sublime and the fries were deliciously seasoned. Steven and Melissa the owners have put their heart into their business and the love they have for their customers is known. We shared a warm conversation with them over a warm, yummy meal.

Stopped in on our way home from Red River. Nice little locally owned joint with good food and large portions. I like the fact they use grass fed beef, and have a dog friendly patio.
Season Favela
This place is awesome! I drive an 18 wheeler and it’s impossible to get to a good hometown restaurant, because of parking. My wife called and they made sure I knew where I could safely park (huge points for professionalism). I came in and it was kinda quiet it was a Sunday evening during church time. I was warmly greeted, I had coffee and a desert it was great. This place has specialty coffee, great so I got one to go. It was very well made, I liked it much better than an assembly line chain coffee. The owner came out, very friendly and we had a nice conversation. If you know a trucker we live a solitary life so a good conversation is welcome. In closing the next time I roll I-25 you can bet you will see my black rig parked across the street. If you’re traveling in this area and don’t stop (for at least a coffee) then you cheated yourself. Listen to Chanel 19 I will make sure other drivers know there is an oasis with good food friendly people and extremely reasonable prices!!!!
